Inspired by the Daily Deviation "Dream Drop". I do think it's a flower, but I dunno if it really looks like one. What do you guys think? It could be good as background or some sort, but eh, finally I was able to satisfy myself with my work. TA DA! Hope you guys like it, done in OC 4.5! Yay OC's!!! XDDDDD

As a matter of fact, I downloaded the Photoshop CS3 Trial, and it sucked compare to my other programs! D:
