Oh well, too bad it wasn't qualified! ^^; I knew it all along but, I hope you guys like this drawing. Though it really took me full effort to do this and I finished almost 7 hours straight, but it's ok. I know I'll do something better. Phew! XDD

It's beautiful!
The hair is very bright. ^^

But the requirements were to use only bright colors and black (similar to my Lavalap Dev.). ><; I'm sorry.

The hair is VERY shiny and suits her ^w^ The dress is great too, just don't stand up or the left strang part will fall and half the dress XD Also nice background
